An app called Wineskin is what I used to run an audio game on the Mac. Thing 
is, that game was self-voicing. I don't think there's a way to use Wine to 
emulate both your program *and* a screen reader, which is where the problem is. 
Sighted users can do this because they don't need a screen reader to be running 
at the same time, but if you need speech and the program in question isn't 
self-voicing, I don't think you can do it. Sorry.
