I think the best way to handle this would be to not have all of the devices 
plugged in in the same room. Remember that only your 6S will recognize the hey 
Siri function Audi well not plugged in to power.
I am very thankful that Apple added a semblance of voice recognition in iOS 
nine with hey Siri, simply because now I can lay in bed and call out hey Siri, 
and my phone respond but my wife's doesn't because my voice sounds nothing like 
hers. Therefore to answer you Chris I think the best way to limit the way that 
Siri interact with the activation word is to not have all of your devices 
plugged in in the same room.
If that's not an option, then don't use hey Siri. Or, disable it on the devices 
that might not need it.
