Hi,

I already reported the issue with the typing, which I only personally 
encountered recently. Hopefully they’ll address that.

With pins, concealed values are not always concealed to VoiceOVer either, which 
I have also just reported. I haven’t experienced that with other types of 
passwords.

Pins unfortunately still read backwards, yes, but also reported that. It’s all 
you can do, and then hope it gets fixed.

I use it for a lot of other storage as well, but primarily I just use it for 
passport information and secure notes. I’ve never bothered getting the hang of 
Notes in OS X and iOS, simply because in 1Password I already have organized 
everything the way I want it.
