Hello Donna, The commands you’re thinking about are Go to first or last visible item and Go to First or Last Item. These were switched round in El Capitan. To me, this makes sense for a VO user who normally doesn’t care what’s visible or not. So now, VO-Home goes to first item and not first visible item. I use VO-Home and VO-End a lot to save time.
