Hi all, I work on a weekly news letter that contains content that comes to me from many different sources. As a result it apparently also comes in many different font sizes and I would like to try to make the font size uniform. This was not pointed out to me until recently and of course as a VO user I haven't ever really paid attention to that.
OK, so now here is my problem. I have found the command in text edit to change font size by pressing command with either dash or plus. I assumed that if I did a command a to select all then either of these commands it would change the font for the entire document to what I wanted it to be. Apparently it isn't doing that. Does anyone know why or what I need to do differently? Now the next dilemma I am facing is that when I have to send this out to a couple of different email lists I am not always necessarily with my computer and internet access. So, what is the best method any of you have found for sharing a document from the mac to an iPhone so that I could copy all the text from the document and paste it in to the body of an email? I have tried dropbox and don't appear to be able to select the text from the document. I am using OS 10.9.5 maverics on a late 2011 macbook pro and an iPhone 7 running iOS 10.2.
