Those commands adjust the size respective to the existing size, so everything 
would stay proportionally the same, just smaller or larger.  To make it all 
uniform you will want to open the font 
dialog with Command-T.  Or at least that’s a way I know that would do it.  
However it will also probably set everything to the same font and style and you 
would then need to go and re-apply anything like headings, bold, italics, etc. 
that you actually wanted.  I assume in Pages there’s probably a way to get at 
just the size and make it uniform, but I ended up bringing Word with me to the 
Mac and haven’t really gotten comfortable in Pages or Text Edit for that matter.
