Hi all, Thanks for all the suggestions. I have had an issue in the past of sending something that said it was in 18 point font on my end but when a friend received it on her windows computer it said it was something like 13.5 point.
These are all blind folks so they are all using screen readers. The issue of it being something like white on white would explain it if there were sighted people trying to read it but that isn’t the case. I did just buy a new 14 inch MacBook Pro this morning which is upgrading from my old 2011 MacBook so maybe it will resolve itself with the new computer. I can hope so anyway, right? I do appreciate all the suggestions and will hang on to what was said in this thread in case it continues to be an issue.
