SoOk, so here's an interesting question. I'm hearing impaired, and have long
wondered about the voice of the iPhone's pronunciation of the word "itunes."
To me, it sounds like "iTools." There was a sentence recently in a post, and I
would have sworn she spoke the Itunes" word properly, but reverted to the
"itools" pronounciation for her own app. Now that may be the silliest question
here yet. But, does anyone else hear "itools," rather than "itunes"?

Steve Jobs did a little thing on TTS prior to the release of Leopard at the
Apple keynote. He demoed TTS engines, including Alex. When Anna read through
the file he put up, she couldn't pronounce things like iPod or iTunes properly,
and instead of "web page", it almost sounds like "webbage" so...I don't know.
LOL As for finding her, let's look at it this way. When the Zune was released,
the software was PC only. I believe the same is true of the in-house
synthesizers at Microsoft.

Hmmm!! I wonder where I got the name Samantha from? Perhaps in a dream?

Regardless, now that I am aware of her true title, I ask, yet again, how may
I hear her sweet voice on my Mac, as I do on my beloved iPhone 3GS?

Are we talking Samantha or Anna? I always thought Samantha was primarily on
mobile book players & the iPod.
