I have to say that quite a lot of things can be done using the quick nav 
functions of voiceover in snow leopard. All the interacting and holding down of 
keys that one had to do in leopard is no longer necessary. It's also quite 
wonderful to navigate the internet one-handed as a sighted user can do with the 
track pad or mouse. For me, quick nav has made all the difference in terms of 
voiceover's usability.
