Hi:
I'm a new Mac user, and will never go back to Windows. The things to keep in 
mind. This isn't Windows, don't learn it as such. VO isn't Jaws, don't learn it 
as such. 
I can chat on Googletalk, I do it for work. I use Adium to IM. I use iWork for 
all word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation needs. Go to 
www.blindcooltech.com, and download all podcasts by Mike Arigo. You will find 
them helpful.
