Ricardo,

I completely agree. There is a lot Apple can do such as bringing attention to 
the benefit of accessibility perhaps and certainly providing tools and 
examples, which they do. Beyond any of this, there is no reason for Apple to 
take any further action. Apple would not put those demands on developers and I 
would not ask them to either. I am convinced that developers should come to the 
conclusion that accessibility is beneficial instead of having it jammed down 
their throats.
