Hi guys. Just to add a little to what Carolyn said, it's been two days since Lion came out so don't expect these problems to just magically go away. If they are making some of you guys that angry, switch back to SL. It can be done easily enough if you have a recent backup. Email off list please if you need help doing this seeing as this is starting to become not VO related anymore. Thanks and for those that need too, chill!
