Hi Neal, I also tried using the accent key, but couldn't get that to work either, so went with F10. I have a keyboard shortcut to mute speech, so don't use the F10 mute all that much.
I also found that the keyword "computer" doesn't work. I had better luck using Victoria, which is the name of the voice I'm using. So, not sure why computer doesn't seem to work, but you might try a different keyword.
