Hi Brian,

No, sorry, I don't use web spots but after looking into this a little for you, 
I certainly see the advantages.  I've just got used to using the Item Chooser 
and such as the web spots weren't available when I first started using VO.  It 
looks like this is a bug to me.  If you read in the Help documentation and use 
VO-k to bring up Keyboard Practice, VO-right bracket should do as you are used 
to and VO-left bracket should do the opposite.  I suggest that you send an 
eMail to Apple Accessibility and report it as a bug.  You are totally correct 
in that it is much more logical to do it as outlined in your message and if 
that is the way they say to do it within the Help Viewer, then it is a bug.
