I tried making a filter on the website once, and it was fully accessible. Also, 
making filters on the website instead of rules on the Mac means that all those 
filters apply to all your devices. So, your iPhone will put certain mail into 
certain folders just like your mac, or the iCloud site, or Outlook, or anything 
that uses you iCloud account.
