Changing email addresses for your different services depends on the service. 
Setting up iCloud on new Apple devices is as simple as signing into iCloud, 
which you'd likely do anyway, and enabling Mail on that device. Just like that, 
all the settings are entered and your messages are downloading. With rules set 
up on iCloud.com instead of your device, all your message filters will sync as 
well. Hopefully Apple will continue to update the iCloud site for 
accessibility, as parts of it are still difficult to use. You can check mail on 
it, though, and probably set up filters. I can't make an alias, however.
