Well, once you are logged into the SDK through scratchbox, which is what I presume you mean by "within the SDK", then you should be able to install it by calling `apt-get install mount`. This fails however. You could try pulling down the upstream source, then just moving the source package into the SDK building it there and use dpkg -i to install it.
