Not really. It would be more relevant to MeeGo lists than Maemo lists. Linked from the Qt page in the wiki: http://wiki.maemo.org/Qt there is the "Qt for Maemo developers" guide on Forum Nokia: http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Qt_for_Maemo_Developers_Guide (which is labelled as deprecated, but with no indication of what document replaces it).
