I know this might not be much of a solution but it might lead to some resolution - Is it possible for you to try with a stock Nokia firmware? Do _NOT_ load any third-party applications on top. If that fixes things, then one of the 3rd party applications might be a problem. If it doesn't, then maybe your battery needs to be replaced? How long have you had the device?
