 Yes, but there is nothing wrong with this, is there? If you don't like it
you can use --config=filename option with a recent Mahogany snapshot,
though. Unfortunately there is no way to export the settings from the
registry to config file automatically yet.

 Quite low I'm afraid. Personally I just don't see how can you edit the
preferences in this way and I surely prefer to edit the config file in
simple text format to editing XML!

 OTOH, I definitely want to improve handling of config info (for example,
by allowing importing/exporting it to/from the registry from/to files) in
the near future.
