Hi all,
I have a number of members for a list where the bounce score is incremented and eventually they are unsubscribed. I’ve written to them using my personal address and messages don’t bounce. Munge is set to on and as far as I know my cPanel provider has set up spf records. Are there any settings I can change to avoid this happening? The addresses affected aren’t Hotmail.
