Hi all,

I have a number of members for a list where the bounce score is incremented and
eventually they are unsubscribed.

I’ve written to them using my personal address and messages don’t bounce.

Munge is set to on and as far as I know my cPanel provider has set up spf
records.

Is this cPanel Mailman 2.2? If so, this is a cPanel fork of Mailman 2.1 about which we know very little. That said, assuming this is similar to Mailman 2.1, the bounce increment notice you receive should contain a copy of the bounce DSN. If so, what is the reason given in that notice?

Are there any settings I can change to avoid this happening?

As suggested in another reply, setting VERP probes may help. In Mailman 2.1 this was accomplished by setting
```
VERP_PROBES = Yes
```
in mm_cfg.py which may be located at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/Mailman/mm_cfg.py
