and they seem to have trouble following the instructions. ...
now, does aol do the same thing? I have one subscriber who claims she
never gets a single message off the list, and I'm assuming aol is
deleting it.

Your subscribers need to read the FAQ about " This is not Junk Mail "
and " Exclusive " ; as well as about adding your list address to their
" safelist " .
Alternatively, they could get a "real" email account. ;-)

Hello, it appears that hotmail and similar free web-based email
treats my mailman lists as spam and shunts them directly into the
