I have no idea what "configure my signing software" entails. Adding DMARC (entirely 
to keep the big mail providers happy) entailed creating a few keys and adding some DNS records. 
Mailman-bounces is nothing I created, it looks like something baked into Mailman. I'm about 
this ---> <--- far from saying screw it all, especially since the automatic monthly 
mailing seems to be the ONLY thing failing currently.

To pass DMARC, that mail should be DKIM signed by the From: domain firearmspolitics.info. It is not DKIM signed at all. As far as I can tell, that message should pass SPF because the From: domain's SPF record includes the IP of server.wickenburg.us as a permitted sender, and that SHOULD be sufficient for DMARC, but some recipient MTAs are fussier that and require a valid DKIM signature aligned with the From: domain.
