To add to Mark's commentary.

That's no help. There's no signature on the message. If that is true
for external delivery, it will fail signature validation, it will fail
>From alignment, and a DMARC-conforming recipient will either reject it
or silently discard it, unless it passes SPF (see Mark's post).

However, DKIM signers normally do not sign local mail, so it's
impossible to say if that's the problem by looking at that header.

To be frank, I'm not sure you want to be managing a mail server on
today's Internet. Recipients are only going to be stricter about what
mail they accept as time goes on. Think about it -- it's not that
expensive to rent a Mailman server.

Anyway, let's see if we can solve your immediate annoyances for the
foreseeable future, without dealing with DKIM configuration.

- Do you need any lists configured on the server.wickenburg.us domain?

If not, most likely the "[email protected]" list was set
up automatically when you installed Mailman (I think you're using
cPanel Mailman 2.2, right?) In modern installations, that list is
vestigial.[1] Most likely you can go to the member page for that
list and delete all the members. Then the password reminder bounces
will stop clogging up your log and mailbox. Nothing else should
cause mail from that address as long as nobody tries to use it.

If you do use that list for something, either you need to set up
DKIM to sign for that domain (can't help with that, there are
multiple packages that can be used, cPanel probably can help). Or
you can move that list to the firearmspolitics.info domain. (That's
definitely a cPanel problem. Although in stock Mailman 2, delivery
is actually domain-agnostic and lists can have individual websites,
cPanel officially supports multidomain installations, so you need to
  do that cPanel's way.)

- Are there any other accounts at server.wickenburg.us that need to
send mail? If so you will need to set up DKIM to sign that domain
  correctly.

Regards,
Steve

Footnotes:
[1] Originally it was intended to be for the site manager and
"important" list owners or moderators to communicate about management
issues, but almost nobody used it that way. It's still required to
exist in each Mailman 2 installation for some arcane reason. It
normally doesn't hurt anything, so it never got removed.
