Hi Romain,

Not sure if you know this: Most blacklists require you to "solve your
problem" first. Not sure if they want to discuss it with you, as it is your
problem and not theirs (I'm fairly certain they won't like to discuss it
with you).

They do read and respond to the forms filled, generally within one business
day. So I guess they have a reason not to respond.
