Hello, Everything is always too expensive! However I can't say which of the software you mentioned is more expensive.
It doesn't seem GreenArrow and PowerMTA are providing the same thing. PowerMTA is an enhanced MTA, GreenArrow seems to have that, somewhere, but sells services too? What features are you comparing exactly? Are you looking for SparkPost instead of on-promise PMTA?
