Hi Michael Just a short update on DigitalOcean after I to their abuse desk that it took them almost a month to take down an ubs.com phishing site and they didn't even seem to bother to look at the other spam sources I mentioned in the same incident report.
It again took them about two weeks to reply to the incident: Quote: "Our security team is taking care of this case, thanks for reporting it to us. We do our best to reply to abuse reports, we do not condone phishing or other types of bad behavior on our platform. If you ever need to report another site you can use this page to create an abuse report directly https://www.digitalocean.com/company/contact/abuse/ ( https://www.digitalocean.com/company/contact/abuse/ ) " Well it looks like they are unable to process emails to their abuse desk in a timely manner, but they want the internet community to use their proprietary online abuse form. So I wonder if maybe somebody from this list has a contact to their management and could explain to them, that this is not they way to handle abuse cases, as for spam most complaints will probably come in the form of automated feedback loops, ARF and X-ARF messages.
