From my own experiences... Yes.
I'd also fire up Twitter and publicly roast their public facing accounts
and see if that gets you some responses.
Had to that with Verizon after their removal e-mail address had the same
filtering and was blocking my e-mails because of being on their internal
blacklist.
I do believe 'shitshow' is the right word.
I've made a few good contacts over the years, but a lot of them have
left their positions for better things.
