I'm getting that same error here.

telnet mx01.t-online.de 25
Trying 194.25.134.72...
Connected to mx01.t-online.de.
Escape character is '^]'.
554 IP=206.125.175.2 - A problem occurred. (Ask your postmaster for
help or to contact t...@rx.t-online.de to clarify.) (BL)
Connection closed by foreign host.

I'm calling it broken, not intentional. I put a notice up on my Spam
Resource blog and Twitter.

To all doing a telnet test (from a non-dynamic IP), is anyone NOT
getting that 554 error?

Cheers,
Al Iverson
