I've had to whitelist a couple of things but otherwise the story
here for sendinblue is similar. They did not appear to act upon any
reports, my users were getting the same obvious shadily-obtained
address lists stuff over and over.

If your org uses sendinblue please at least use DKIM so you can be
easily allowlisted.
