Bingo. If you add your domain to the PSL, you're saying that all of its subdomains are under different management. In that case, it's not unreasonable to expect each of those subdomains to be in a separate zone which of course has its own SOA. The separate zones can all be on the same nameservers, so this is a problem that in-berlin can fix by reorganizing the DNS on their existing servers.
