That is a fair question, indeed.
OTOH, tempfails would probably have been noticed only by a very few, as
it would "only" have delayed emails for two hours.
Two days would have made a difference here when delivery queues would
start to get filled up.
Do we have positive knowledge that the Manitu/Nixspam folks are
subscribed to this list, too?
