I normally use the standard Mail app since with the Gmail exchange support it supports push e-mall. However, for conversations with lots of messages it's not as good as the Gmail interface so I'll switch to MultiG for those cases. I mainly use MultiG for remembering login details so I haven't looked at the other options (although Mailroom looks interesting).
