That's what they put in the documentation, and if I use the formula, msb
times 128 plus lsb I get the same bank number as they give, namely 12673...

I have an organ track, set to use a stock organ sound.
My keyboard has several effects, such as a rotary speaker effect which

Given that the msb is 99 and the lsb is 1 and the bank is 12673, how do
I activate (insert) the effect on my track please?
