Okay, you're going to want to go into the manual and familiarize yourself with how to use the Control Editor to input this in. Another option is to re-map the pitch bend wheel a few times to record it on the track. However, you're missing a piece or two of information. I'm assuming this is an NRPN command. This means you still need values for the data entry on how you get it happening. That will involve either controller 6 or a combination of controller 6 and 38, depending on if they are using high definition data entry values.
