List,
I set up a new project and then set up 4 new users.  There was no problem
setting up the users, except for one.  He got the emailed link that he was
supposed to go to so he could confirm his account and set his password, but
when he goes to the link he gets a message indicating:
"Application Error # 1905 Max number of in-progress requests reached. Please
contact the system administrator"
 
I finally just deleted his account, and set up a new one, entering my email
address on the new account.  I figured I'd then set a default password, then
change the email address back to his email, and then just inform him that
the account was now operational.
 
I never got a confirmation email from MANTIS providing me the link.  Is
MANTIS broken?  It is not providing me the link I need via email to set up
the user password for this new account.
