Yes, we have experienced this too, but not all the time.  We can't
narrow the problem down and it hasn't plagued us recently.  There must
be something common about these workspaces that causes this, but we
can't figure it out.

We use MI 5.5 on NT 4.0, SP 3.  It's happened on our HP LaserJet 5Si MX
and HP Color LaserJet 8500 DN.  It doesn't seem to be a printer problem.
