Hi All!

One way of solving this problem is to make a select that splits the
table into separate temporary tables that can be ordered as needed in
the mapper window.
This approach also makes it possible to thematically display different
object types from the same table.
Note that MapInfo makes some assumption about the nature of the objects
in a table, and only allows for one type of thematic mapping per table.
To select on different object types, select Where Str$(Obj)="point" for
points for example.
