Thanks [~jlowe], [~rohithsharma], and [~sunilg] for your comments. Mostly agree
with you. I have a question:
bq. From YARN if diagnostics can be cleared out once app moves to final state,
we could avoid such scenarios.
What is final state? The test asserts that the diagnostics is cleared out when
the app is running.
