I'm assuming what you've done is geocoded the points
to some sort of property file. What I would do is
overlay the point layer with a polygon layer (perhaps
of properties, if you have them), and use the COUNT
function to calculate the number of occurences within
each individual property. Then you can either label
the features with that number OR create a symbol map
by the COUNT field in the polygon layer.
Hope this helps, maybe Caliper or someone else has
some other ideas.
