Maptitude - http://research.umbc.edu/~roswell/maptitude.html
Mike.
The best way to do this is to pre-process the information on a program
like Excel, or some statistic packages. The result of this processing
should be a file (in a format Maptitude supports -dbf, txt, etc.)
containing lat-long for each sample point, and the statistical parameters
you need for each point (sum, avergae, etc)
The simplest way to do it within Mapt. what you need us to join the point
file to a table having as many fields as the maximum number of
observations you expect to have for each sample point; then create a
Formula Field using to represent the parameter yu need to mpa (be aware
that if you need to calculate medias, standard deviations and so on you
will need to use the statistical functions in maptitude, which in some
cases involve the use of arrays).
A more complex way within maptitude involves using ODBC to use a database
manager with which you could define a one-to-many relationship.
Good Luck.
