It isn't quite true that the Demographic Profile will be released tomorrow
for states, counties and municipalities. It is ONLY true for the first
batch of states. I know this as I've been processing the embargoed data
for Illinois (we are part of Illinois State Data Center Cooperative).
I think the states where embargo will be lifted at 12:01 am tomorrow are:
Arkansas
Delaware
Illinois
Indiana
Kentucky
Missouri
New Hampshire
Ohio
Pennsylvania
Vermont
