Hi Tom, According to email headers it's another email client... X-Mailer: sparrow 1.0beta7 (build 504) ... a quick search on that string brings this email client for Mac: http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/35410/sparrow What exactly was your friend not able to do with Thunderbird ?
