Thanks everyone, as time was growing short on this item, I have
submitted it to the QA group who are working on modifying some text for
our Bug Submitter Assistant (BSA).
So the text will now read (with all amendments to-date). NOTE: I made
the final choice of adding the last sentence which was reformatted to
address problems as pointed out by Dhiren.

personally to every e-mail, as our engagement in the project is
completely voluntary and restricted to our spare time.

Please have a look at these pages, and send your inquiry to the
applicable mailing list. A member of our mailing list will then respond
and try to address the details of your inquiry.
