Hi all, I want to run some SPEC2006 benchmarks. I have already tried to do that using runspec command but seems that it does not work by this method. So, I have some questions in this regard and would really appreciate it if you could help me about them.
1) Could you let me know what is the easiest way to run SPEC2006 benchmarks on marss? I know that this benchmark suit is not free and needs licensing, but I have seen some simulators which provide the binaries. So, I was wondering if there is anything like that for marss? 2) If not, please tell me what are the general steps to create a new disk image for this benchmark suit. I already know how to create a new disk image by using the ubuntu-kvm-builder but I do not know how to find and import start_sim, stop_sim source codes into the image. The other thing that I was wondering to know is how to import(install) spec2006 suit inside the image. Should it be installed after creating the image or what? Thanks
