Is there any way of determining which style of query to use > for a particular 0.5 installation? Thats a bit tricky. I would simply go and try retrieving XML using XML button from the martview against an attributeList to verify. However, programatically, its not possible. The changes are in CVS (0.5) and all administrators of different BioMarts installations are encouraged to update. For martservice users, even if they send individual attributes of an attributeList (in the correct order), it should work just like sending corresponding attributeList.
