I did like you said, but inconsistent happened about refSeqDNA id.
For example I can get ENSG00000127580's  refseqDNA id from ensembl search
page,
But when I use biomart to download whole human genes, the this gene's
refseqDNA is empty.

I list several other inconsistent below:

Simply turn on the Ensembl Gene ID (Ensembl attributes) and Refseq DNA
ID (External References max 3) attributes (Gene part of the Features
attribute page). If you want to remove the duplicate results with no
refseq dna ids, turn on the 'with Refseq DNA ID(s) only' filter in the
ID list filters in the Gene part of the filters page.
