Are you really that unclear about the situation that is in the 9-11 report or are you being sarcastic? The Saudi royal family is a fractious, schismatic kind of mirror image of the American left. The interplay between al Queda and members of the royal family as opposed to the government is well documented. How much pull each family member has in an individual consulate or mosque in America is borne out by the historical record. Furthermore the fact that bin Laden was opposed to the royal family may not have been a huge factor in the behavior of the hijackers in America. How do you not get this?
