The Venezuelan Supreme Court, not Donald Trump, appointed Delcy Rodriguez as acting president. Maduro remains president according to Rodriguez and the Supreme Court.

So far there is no evidence that anyone at the top of the PSUV or military are cooperating with the Trumpists. Everything I have seen here is pure speculation.
